We are almost at 5,000 sqft and have added a strength and fitness weight training area provided by:

We continue to train in Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, American Boxing, Muay Thai, Grappling, MMA Fight Training, and Cardio Kickboxing. We also added ZUMBA to our curriculum. We are in the process of gathering interest to determine a class time. We look forward to possibly adding other styles of training such as Yoga, Tai Chi, and others.
